Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or style preferences. However, if there’s a problem with an order—like a manufacturing error or a damaged item—we’ll offer a free reprint or a refund. We take full responsibility for these cases; you just need to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will advise your next steps once this information is received. Please contact us at support@designatedbydesign.com.
We sincerely apologize if that happens! Email us, at support@designatedbydesign.com, within 3 business days with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement right away. Your satisfaction matters to us.

*** From Oct 15 to Jan 17, a $0.40 surcharge will be added to all orders with a US destination address.
